As soon as I hit the first shot all the anger started to come out. I went to the basket aggressively but what happened I went ahead without thinking. It was like a dunk contest I knew it was not working yet I was still doing the same things again and again.
The shots were from the baseline- the jumper that was falling short before the basket. I kept practicing the shot again and again and again. I pulled from both sides of the basket and found my weakness is the right side since the ball was knocked away easily. I was thinking about how can make a separation from the defender so I get my shot so I practiced fade-away jumpers. It was almost dark I started shooting free throws with no visibility and I shot 100 free throws and I did it because I wanted to know where my basket is without even looking at the basket.
It was 8 pm got changed and at the dinner table, I spoke nothing and my parents understood and my dad said, " You have to get better. " went into the room and developed my own workout schedule. The goal is to increase the stamina so 15 sprints, 50 push-ups, free throws, and 3 pointers. It was the workout specifically for my body and my shooting style. It will be done after the team workout alone on the court.
