Dear Passion Episode 15

On the table, mom came up with the 14-day challenge and added a reward for it. The reward was new boots the rules of the challenge were simple no ball, no watching game, and only allowed to sleep, eat, study, and my secret of drawing moves. Breakfast was done and I was off to school and everyone came in at the school in the class.

We all walked past the gym with a look of sadness on the face. The school was seeming to bore me, as all I could think of us was the game itself. It was a socials class and it was my turn to answer the question, I stood up and told, " Dunks it home! " and got detention for staying after the class. Got my 1 hr wasted on that, came back home sprinting. It was the exact time which I would be home. however, I was 15 minutes late as during the normal days after the school practice was going on.

Reaching home. everything seemed normal until dad reached home from his work. We all gathered for dinner with me in between studying in my room. I was bored as a pre-seasoned match. Nothing interesting came up when I was studying, yet I kept at it. During dinner, mom was talking about a tv show she was watching and it showed really interesting topics for adults such as houses in nearby areas and many more. And suddenly, she came up with my topic of detention, which I thought I got covered and there is a lecture for me after dinner.

Came upstairs after eating the words of truth from mom, I sat at my desk and started drawing my moves. Took out the same book, and just thought of  " how can I be connected to the game? " So I started writing about the game and how I would have played at NBA level. At 12 am, I was watching interviews of every person related to basketball and found nothing interesting. So at 12:30 am I call George, Stephen and woke them up from sleep just to ask, " What did you guys do today? " and the answer was quite the same as mine: " eat-study-sleep " with doing the extra of writing and drawing. It was strange, however, at midnight my mind would come up with all the new ideas to experiment with people, trying a new strategy, and then I thought of finding out about dad.

At the start of the day, I didn't have anything other than studying. Now I had drawing, writing, and curiosity to learn about my dad. Day 2 starts with 67 days remaining.

Life Lesson: Always keep looking to learn and be in touch with your curiosity.
