Dear Passion Episode 14

The day started, I was awake by 4:30 am got my sneakers on, took the ball, and came downstairs, and who I see- Mom. She said " No ball "- there was one rule in the house no going on order with mom, When said no ball I got angry, frustrated, and stomping the foot I climbed up. As I was walking, I remember everyone is in the same condition, and guess what they were all grounded. I went to the school and everyone had their face turned down even George, Cole came to me and. " I was not there for the practice, I will the punishment " and I said, " I was not present either. " Everyone during lunch was upset about the situation and went straight home. By 5 pm I was readily refreshed and snacks and sat to study.

Studying for how long don't know yet, my mind was with all the mood of playing ball, I was purely into the game for the love of it. So I started, writing and drawing to see how these moves would look like, the triangle offense, alley-op, who goes where to the shots, and many more. It was around 6:30 pm and dad came into my room and I was sleeping on my desk. He slowly put on the bed and saw my books and moves which I have drawn, the basketball pictures and strategy which were in it. He put that book in my drawer. When I woke up, it was dinner time and I came downstairs and mom was ready with the questions, " what did I study? " and I was to say, " basketball ", however, Dad came and said, " Social Studies " And then, on the table he said, remember to allot time. 

After dinner, the first thing that I did was to call my guys and ask, " How are doing basketball? " and no

one had the answer to it. So I started searching for answers, and it was to learn from the greats I starting watching, Kobe Bryant, how he did it, how did he get time for his family as well as the game. So I started to learn about dividing my time. I watched interviews of players, how he did it, how did they find the time and next evening, Austin, George, Stephen, Matt, Cole, and Paul called saying, " I got a computer with internet." I was so happy and excited to know the news I can tell and share the videos with them and they can understand how to find that level of determination.

At dinner, I said at the table, Everyone got a new computer and Internet connection, it's amazing! Immediately mom looked at dad my dad and my dad were laughing silently. I asked, " Did you buy those computers? ", he said " No ", I asked, " Did you ask them to buy it? ", he said " Yes ". Mom was annoyed and said " Are you trying to get him out of his studies? "  to which he said " Not yet! ". We started watching a match on a show called " bucket hoop " and mom said instantly to my dad, " He shoots like you " and they were shooting the ball in the basket.

That night, I snuck past the drawing-room and went into dad's room, and saw all the trophies, newspaper, and jerseys that were present. I went back into my room, thinking, " who is my dad anyway? " Morning came and mom was ready with her 14 challenge which meant no-ball for 14 days until my exams are finished. Starting today. I was grounded only I was allowed to eat, study and sleep

Only 68 days for the league to start and I am stuck!

Life lesson: Learn to use time rather than managing it.
